A typical employment process includes applying, interviewing, agreeing on conditions, completing identification and qualification checks, formalizing the contract, and starting work. The employer should also explain duties, safety rules, reporting lines, and workplace procedures. When employment changes or ends, important steps should be documented. The worker should collect the relevant notice, final payment information, and records needed to prove work history or seek another job.
