Civil law in St Vincent and Grenadines

Private-law rights and duties in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines usually arise from common-law principles, legislation and legally registered documents. The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court provides the regional court framework, while local courts and public offices handle particular disputes, records and applications.
